What's the most popular shop size?
30x40 and 40x60 are the sizes we build most often. A 30x40 suits a couple of vehicles and a workbench; a 40x60 gives you room for a tractor, a lift, or a boat with space left to work. We also build 40x75 and fully custom dimensions if a standard footprint doesn't fit.
Can you add an awning to the side of my shop?
Yes. Side awnings give you covered space for trailers, equipment, or outdoor projects without enclosing more square footage. We can build one into a new shop or add one to an existing metal building.
Do I need insulation in a shop?
If you plan to work in it through a Texas summer, yes. Spray foam insulation seals the building, keeps the shop workable year-round, and stops condensation dripping off the roof. For simple storage you can skip it, and we can always add it later.
Can you wire it for a welder or compressor?
Yes. Licensed electricians through our contractor network handle lighting, outlets, and welder-ready circuits, and they can size the panel for a compressor or other heavy equipment. Tell us what you run and we will plan the power around it.
